About this notice

This notice explains what information eva collects through this website and how the eva platform handles customer data. It covers both, because the two are separate.

What we collect through this website

When you request a demo, you give us your name, work email and company. Role and the work you would like eva to help with are optional.

We use this only to contact you about your request and to arrange a walkthrough. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.

How eva handles customer data in the product

Original files stay in your systems, on your network. eva reads from your file servers and connected systems; originals are never moved or copied out.

Indexing runs on your infrastructure, on-premise or in a cloud environment you control. The setup is agreed per deployment and validated with your IT team during onboarding.

When eva answers, only the context a request needs reaches the model, through one governed gateway under your control. The provider behind the gateway is part of the deployment configuration agreed with you.

Nothing eva processes is retained for model improvement. Retention is yours to set, with purging per user or per project.

eva mirrors the permissions your systems already apply: if a user cannot open a document, eva cannot read it either. Anything that writes back to a system of record is opt in, approved by a person, and logged.

Retention of website enquiries

Demo requests are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
